Tahnee Coonan is the founder of Your Online Law Tutor, an online tutoring service available to law students nationally and internationally. Tahnee is also a Director of Hubber Coonan Legal, a legal practice in Darwin that provides advice in family law, criminal law, property & commercial law, domestic violence and wills & estates.
Tahnee holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (majoring in Management & Entrepreneurship) from James Cook University.
As a litigator, Tahnee has successfully advocated for clients in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and interstate jurisdictions.
With both private and public sector experience, Tahnee has a broad knowledge base having practised in the areas of Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Family Law, and as in-house lawyer for various government agencies with the Solicitor for the Northern Territory, including the Northern Territory Department of Health, Northern Territory Police Fire and Emergency Services and the Crime Victims Services Unit.
